Survive Alive House

Organization Commission 2004 Germantown Survive Alive House, Germantown, WI

The Survive Alive House & University creates a learning center that is a tool for local fire departments and others in the surrounding communities. It teaches not only fire safety but health & personal safety as well.

The painted murals I have created are located in the front foyer that opens up into the living room & kitchen area. In the children's bedroom on the second floor the mural wraps around the whole room. The murals are approx 6-7ft tall and encompasses all of the walls in the foyer and children's bedroom. The purpose of the mural is to show people from all walks of life and ages interacting in a comfortable setting. I created the feeling of being welcomed in to a homey atmosphere. The mural in the children's bedroom is intended to make the experience fun and at the same time learning about fire safety.
